Our team has significant experience managing ILS and Asset Management programs across the entire Capability Lifecycle, with specific expertise in acquisition and introduction to service of Explosive Ordnance (EO), Protected Mobility Vehicles and Command and Control (C2) systems. Our team have also successfully provided tailored ILS solutions to non-Defence customers in Manufacturing and Aerospace industries.

Our team have deep level experience in the planning and delivery of complex, high-value Government acquisition and sustainment programs. We select and apply the most suitable PM methodology for the project we are delivering, and ensure our teams remain flexible and agile to deliver on our clients expectations. We have experience delivering projects of all sizes and complexity in highly regulated environments where technical assurance and performance of capability is paramount.
Commercial, Contract Management and Procurement
As a trusted partner to Defence, Government and Industry, our teams have deep level experience managing procurement and commercial activities for complex, high-value programs. Our teams are well versed in the ASDEFCON suite of tendering and contracting templates and Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs). We have worked across the Department of Defence, Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), Bureau of Meteorology and the Victorian Government, supporting approaches to market, tender evaluation, contract negotiations and commercial program delivery.

We offer our expert services in Tender Development, Bid Support, Authoring and Writing Services for Industry responding to Government Request for Tender (RFT) to Defence and Government agencies.
